"I live in Las Vegas and had to clean out the home of my brother who passed away in New York. While looking for a trash service I came across John’s business and gave him a call. I left a message on a Saturday evening and he called me back immediately and came to meet with me and do a walk through the next day on a Sunday morning. He was warm, kind and very professional. I immediately felt a huge weight lifted off of me as soon as I decided to give him the job. I immediately trusted him and his judgment and I was not disappointed. He was able to start the job two days later and was done in one day. The house looked amazing, as my brother had been quite the saver of everything and a collector of many things. "While I did not hire them, (my neighbor across the street did), I saw them begin to work at my neighbors and I approached John as they were almost done. He couldn’t have been more cheerful and I showed him the small garden shed contents that the previous owner had left me. He looked the house over and connected us with a variety of people that would have an interest in specific items, and they responded as promptly as John did! His network of connections is invaluable if you find yourself in our situation. After we collected photos and other keepsakes we headed back to Texas with complete confidence in John and he did not disappoint! He sent pictures after the cleanout and it was an unbelievable difference. Right down to sweeping the floors! This man was a blessing and a godsend! "Sadly my mom had a stroke and can no longer live in her home. I live over 200 miles away and John's business was close to 100 miles away from where she lived. John took on my project and assured me that he would take good care of me as well as be respectful to my moms home. John and his team came into the situation blind as we did not have the opportunity to do a walkthrough as we lived so far away. They were in and out in an hour. they work was great and his team professional. His fees were fair and more important that any of that John expressed genuine concern for my mom, he was apologetic to my moms and I could not have asked for a better person to do the job. "My uncle passed away in August and I was made executor of his will. One of the tasks that I have is to sell my Uncle's house he has lived in since 1984. Needless to say the amount of "stuff" that had accrued over the years was a bit intimidating and overwhelming.

"This man is honest. His quote was thousands under "j dog" and then he came in even lower than his quote. Not to mention this man helped us so much. He pointed out things that were worth money as well as suggestions for the sale of a house. I almost wish I had another house to clean out just so I can work with this dude again.
